Debra Marshall is a psuedonym for Debra Cowan. Only one book, Still Sweet, was ever written under the name Debra Marshall. The historical romance was published in 1997. Set in 1890 in Old Oklahoma territory, the book was part of a series called 'Our Town', published by Jove Books.
