Biography
Heidi Betts began her love affair with the romance genre in junior high. Soon after joining Romance Writers of America, her writing began to garner attention in several contests, including the esteemed Golden Heart competition, which she placed in the finals three years in a row. Since selling her first book in 1999, she has been the recipient of numerous awards and stellar reviews. She is the founder of her local RWA Chapter, Clearfield Area Romance Authors #167.
Heidi lives in Central Pennsylvania with her family and pets. She has a soft spot in her heart when it comes to animals and has been known to take injured and homeless critters of just about any species into her home. When she isn't writing, Heidi can often be found reading or watching television with a cat (or two) curled up on her lap. She also loves to hear from readers
