Biography
Edith Layton (also known as Edith Layton Felber) wrote historical romance, making her name in the Regency sub-genre. A native New Yorker, Layton was equally proud of her Jewish heritage and love for English lords. She authored over thirty novels and novellas during her career.
She received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Romantic Times Magazine and various other honors.
Edith Layton Felber passed on June 2, 2009.
