== Biography ==&lt;br /&gt;
Cherry Adair completed 17 manuscripts before selling her first book. She is a native of Cape Town, South Africa, but makes her home in the Pacific Northwest. Adair is a member of the [[Greater Seattle RWA]], a chapter of the [[Romance Writers of America]]. She also created the &amp;quot;Cherry Adair Finish The Damn Book Challenge&amp;quot; for the chapter.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Adair's debut novel ''[[The Mercenary - Cherry Adair|The Mercenary]]'', published in 1994, is connected to later books, including titles from her &amp;quot;T-Flac&amp;quot; series. An award-winning and bestselling novelist, her work has also finalled in the [[RITA]] contest. Her novel ''[[Take Me - Cherry Adair|Take Me]]'' has been optioned for an Oxygen Network movie, but has not yet been produced. Her novel ''[[Hide And Seek - Cherry Adair|Hide And Seek]]'' was voted as one of the [[Romance Writers of America| Romance Writers of America’s]] Top Ten Favorite Books for 2001.&lt;br /&gt;
