Reeapers are the signature creation of sensuous dark [[Fantasy|fantasy]] author  * [[Charlotte Boyett~Compo|Boyett~Compo, Charlotte]] . They are [[Paranormal|paranormal]] heroes who were killed in the line of duty on their distant worlds and were brought back to life by Morrigunia, the Triune Goddess to champion mankind. Endowed with the ability to shapeshift and with the strength of ten men plus strong psychic powers, they must ingest Sustenance (blood) and a very powerful narcotic called Tenerse in order to remain in human shape. With Sustenance and Tenerse, they will revert to a wild wolflike...or if they are Hell-Hound Reapers...canine-like creature.
