=== From Romance At Heart === Diary of A Love is an enjoyable short story. It starts out with an introduction of how Trina and Derek met then the author turns to five years later where they are engaged to marry. Angeleque Santiago spins the tale of a couple searching to keep their love strong. The writing is smoothly done, graphing a lovely tale of two people facing life’s challenges as Trina feels threatened by her fiancé Derek’s up and coming release of the bands first CD. Even their moments of sex have been instant. There is separation, determination and even a drastic part on Trina to keep her love alive. She only wishes to be a part of his life once more.

Diary of a Love is a story about commitment. A story that brings two people together out of love for each other while supporting them in their life long dream. It demonstrates how perseverance can heighten any relationship if either person is willing to work hard at it and not throw in the towel. I was very impressed with the characters in the story. Ms. Santiago creates a delightful short story that touches the heart. The incorporating of the diary and the CD carried a strong meaning behind it that this reader thoroughly enjoyed. If you haven’t read this short story, you are in for a treat.

=== From Coffee Time Romance === Ms. Santiago has given us an afternoon delight on what it takes for a relationship to endure, remembering the good times when the bad times overwhelm us. The characters and the situation was believable, as well as the emotional ups and downs. I look forward to seeing more of this author’s work.

=== From Romance Divas === Diary of Love is an erotic love story that is in a league of its own! The characters and plot were surprisingly well developed for such a short novel. There is nothing hotter than a sexy musician or the woman who loves him. Angeleque Santiago is an awesome storyteller. Diary of Love is a must read! I will be recommending this to all my friends.

Trina was understandably frustrated with Derek, but I liked how Derek was sweet about it and how Trina looked to her diary to help her out. This is a nice short story; I’d love to read more from this author.
