Biography
After graduating from college (including a stint at Harvard), Susan Wiggs became a math teacher. In 1987, she published Texas Wildflower, the first of what would become a long list of classic romance novels; Wiggs is famous for writing her first drafts in longhand.
Susan Wiggs is an award-winning author (see list below). She was a 2009 RITA® finalist in the RITA®: Best Contemporary Single Title category with her novel Snowfall At Willow Lake. Susan Wiggs was a 2010 RITA® finalist in the RITA®: Contemporary Single Title Romance category with her novel Fireside.
