Biography
Victoria Dahl was a 2010 RITA® finalist in the RITA®: Contemporary Single Title Romance category with her novel Talk Me Down. She was the 2005 Golden Heart Winner in the Long Historical Category with the manuscript that became her debut novel To Tempt A Scotsman.
