Biography

Lass Small is an Indiana-based author who has written for a wide range of Category publishers. Her work spans over 60 novels, beginning with her debut novel Innocent Seduction (written as Cally Hughes) (though another source cites A Lasting Treasure written under the Small name as her first[1]). She is also known as Cally Hughes and Callie Hugher. Small's publishing career spanned 1983 through 2000. She received the Romantic Times Magazine Career Achievement Award in the "Series Romance Love & Laughter" category. Author Kate Huntington considers Small to be mentor and inspiration for her own career[2].

As an author for Silhouette Romance, Lass Small published two novels. She wrote two books as an author for Harlequin Temptation. She also wrote for Candlelight Ecstasy Romance and Silhouette Desire.
