Book Description

Virginia Fergusson's love life was, to say the least, both complicated and unsatisfactory. She couldn't take her boss, Les Warrington, seriously - and his mother didn't approve of Virginia at all! - while Leicester Gordon took it annoyingly for granted that, since Virginia would be such a suitable wife for a minister, she should fall into his arms accordingly. And the fact that Leicester's mother was doing everything she could to further the match did not please Virginia in the least! It was all so chaotic that Virginia decided to get away from it all - go to another city, make another life for herself, devote herself to what she really wanted to do: write. And all that was before she met the next man in her life, Nicholas Muir!
