Biography

Gemma Halliday is a San Francisco based author who started her writing career in 2002. Her first major success came when she won the Golden Heart award in 2005. She credits that moment with saving her from a lifetime of very odd odd jobs.

Her novel, Spying In High Heels, was nominated for a 2007 RITA in the Best First Book category. The novel was chosen by USA Network as a series for the 2007/2008 television season. Gemma Halliday was a 2010 RITA® finalist in the RITA®: Best Novel With Strong Romantic Elements category with her novel Scandal Sheet.
