Book Description

"I want to do important work!" Christy Denison had wanted both a husband and a career. Her fiancé, Brent Delsey, had not agreed. And so their engagement had failed, and eventually her career, too.

But Christy believed in useful work as a cure for troubles and she embarked on a new career in nursing. Then she found herself working in the same hospital as Brent.

She could have lived with that. But it was difficult to accept the fact that Brent was now engaged to someone else.
