Emergency room nurse Casey McDonough doesn't trust the breezy, charismatic new gynecologist Dale Hunsacker, and when people start dying, her suspicions about Hunsacker are, she believes, well-founded. Homicide cop Jack Scanlon listens to Casey's story, but without proof, there's not much he can do -- Hunsacker knows the right people and has the right money.
