Book Description

Lady Margaret (Meg) defies her guardian by marrying Dominic le Sabre, thinking the Norman knight can protect her Saxon home. Her defiance leads to violence and intrigue as thwarted parties try to gain control of Meg's home. Elizabeth Lowell includes an unusual sub-plot wherein Dominic, who desires a son, cannot achieve his goal unless he and Meg are truly in love.
