Kitty Wilder plays a madam in the family bordello located in the living history town of Hot Water, but she plans on this being her last summer. She wants an ordinary life with a mini-van and no scandalous memories. She had not counted on Dylan Matthews coming back to town. Eight years earlier they had married in what Dylan had thought was a sham marriage during the town's celebration. He is now an FBI agent and is not any more interested in sticking around in this town than he was before.
