Melody Evans works for the American ambassador in an unnamed foreign country and is taken hostage by terrorists. The members of SEAL team ten rescue, including Harlan "Cowboy" Jones and Daryl "Harvard" Becker. After the rescue Cowboy and Melody have a passionate six day affair in Paris. Seven months later, Cowboy can't stop thinking about Melody, so he takes his leave to visit her in her home town. As soon as he hits town, a pregnant woman faints in front of him, and it turns out that the pregnant woman is Melody.
