Book Description

Elena Castile: the petite artist had traveled all the way to Santa Barbara to marry the man she love. When Stephen suddenly spurned her affections, she was distraught. Pride wouldn't let her return home to Venezuela.

Stephen Gallagher: a mining accident had left him scarred and confined to a wheelchair. His ability to walk again was in question. He wasn't about to sentence Elena to a lifetime of heartache and pain.

But Stephen underestimated Elena's strength and devotion. She made him see what was important in life. And he couldn't deny his rekindled love for her the closer she got...
