Book Description

Jonathon Hendon, a gentleman known as a smuggler Captain Jack, is recruited by the Admiralty during the Napoleonic wars to infiltrate the smuggling trade. Kit Cranmer confronts him as the leader of a smuggling gang. His all-knowing gaze penetrates her disguise as the "lad" leader of a rival gang with frightening ease--and his "punishment" with kisses leaves her maidenly modesty in tatters.
