Marjorie M. Liu lives has an undergraduate degree was in East Asian Languages and Cultures, and has studied and traveled extensively around Asia. She's even worked at the US Embassy in Beijing.
After loving law school and successfully passing the bar, she discovered she loves writing far more than lawyering. She is best known for her Dirk & Steele series.
