About The Book

Gloria, a prostitute, finds herself alone and pregnant. John William MacGregan is the single father of a newborn daughter. Gloria and John strike a bargain: she will help him raise his child and he will help her raise hers. When John heads to the Oregon Territory to mine for his fortune, he takes his family with him, forcing Gloria to face the truth about what she wants: John has not offered marriage and she wants that and so much more from him.
