Vivian Stephens is a founder of Romance Writers of America and a former Dell Candlelight Ecstasy and Harlequin editor.
In 2006 Romance Writers of America renamed their Industry Award, making it the Vivian Stephens Industry Award. The change was made "in order to honor one of RWA’s founders, Vivian Stephens".[1]
