Neil had that look that reminded Lulu that she wasn't one of the boys and never would be. When they'd been twelve years old, that look had annoyed the heck out of her.  Now she knew exactly what that look meant: twenty years after being kicked out of the South Boston gang, Neil was back in Lulu's life.  And this time he wasn't taking no for an answer.
