Charlotte Tasker and Joe Bellacera have a hot, anonymous encounter at a rest stop. Thirteen years later, Charlotte is a newly widowed soccer mom when a mysterious man moves in next door. The mystery man turns out to be DEA agent, Joe, who is hiding out until he can testify at trial against a drug lord. Both Joe and Charlotte have fond memories of their one encounter and now they have too much time to continue to fantasize about each other.
