Book Description

Curtisville, Kansas, is one town in the Heartland. It is farming, family and faith. It is the dreams of those rugged settlers who wanted a better life for themselves and for their children. It is a place where night comes slowly and quietly, where people care about and help one another. For Sarah Morrow, the Heartland is home.

Farmed by generations of Morrows, Windrush Valley Farm means everything to Sarah. When newcomer Cliff Oenbrink promises to restore the farm to its former prosperity, Sarah is afraid to gamble on a stranger's expertise. But Cliff's gentle persuasion cannot be denied, as he sows the seeds of love and hope in Sarah's soul.
