Knox Davis was present when the county time capsule was buried in 1985, and just twenty years later he is a cop investigating who dug up and stole the capsule. Then citizens start dying and he runs into the mysterious Nikita T. Stover who claims to be an FBI agent. There is just something about the woman that does not ring true, then she tells him that she is really an FBI agent from the future.
