Biography

Julie Kistler was a 1994 RITA finalist for her title Black Jack Brogan. Her first published novel was The Van Renn Legacy for Harlequin American -- this title was also a Golden Heart finalist.

As an author for Harlequin American Romance, Julie Kistler published 17 titles.
