Biography
Parris Afton Bonds co-founded both the Romance Writers of America and the Southwest Writers Workshop. She is a native of Texas, born July 21, 1944. Bonds has also authored over 35 novels, which span a wide range of romance sub-genres. In 1981, Time called out Bonds as one of the many women who supplement their family income by writing romance novels, quoting Bonds as saying that she begins her work "after the diapers are rinsed." [1].
As an author for Silhouette Romance, Parris Afton Bonds published two novels.
