As one of the City's few women firefighters, Lindsay Pfeiffer battles much more than towering walls of flame. She struggles on a daily basis to be accepted by her male peers. The task is further complicated by her long denied feelings for Matthew Callahan, a fellow firefighter who also happens to be the best buddy of her boyfriend and the firefighter she's up against for a coveted promotion.
