Book Description
Ex-cop Remy Delacroix had opted out of so-called civilization to live and work in the Louisiana swamp. But his sanctuary was being invaded, and he was feeling very uncivilized when he came across a woman he decided needed rescuing.
She barely knew who she was, much less why she'd come into Remy's life. Kendall sensed there was something sinister afoot, something involving Remy's uncle. The sinister part was a given--she'd been left for dead in the bayou. But by whom? As for the villain of the piece, how could she even guess?
