Harlequin Blaze runs specific miniseries of related titles. These are small series of related books. Either there is an overarching theme (eXtreme Blaze featured taboo and/or forbidden fantasies), a specific location (the Red Letter Nights miniseries all took place in a small court of houses in New Orleans), a shared item (The White Star featured a cursed piece of jewelry and the effect it had on couples as it passed through their lives), or some other tie. The miniseries are usually written by more than one author, though some authors have solo series, including Samantha Hunter's HotWires, featuring a computer crime detective unit, as a solo contributor.

The miniseries are denoted in a small red circle or stamp on the cover of each book.
