Book Description

Martha Rose was a creature of impulse. On impulse, Martha relocated to Ketchikan, Alaska, and opened a Bagel Barn. On impulse, she hired a teenager as her assistant. Buoyed by the success of these spur-of-the-moment decisions, Martha impulsively asked the town's most eligible bachelor for a date. Nick Novak promptly turned her down.

Martha didn't know it, but Nick was also the town's most talked-about citizen. Rumors surrounded him. Add to that Nick's secret life, and it made up the portrait of a cautious man. Yet, the kind of man who couldn't help being fascinated by a creature of impulse.
