Book Description
Jo Wentworth was her name...Clean water her game! It was a dirty job, but Jo and her group, Water Works, were determined to keep their waterways free from impurity. When she needed help, the Wentworths rallied together. Sister Kit even devised an advertising stunt to help the cause.
Neil Hawthorne agreed with St. Paul's citizens--the sisters were unique--though he didn't relish the task that lay ahead of him. Offering his legal services to Jo's group was the first step in his plans. The second was harder--because before he knew it, his strategy had backfired, and when the smoke cleared, Jo had become his future, but not in the way he had planned.
