Book Description
On his way to his newly inherited estate, Stuart Aysgarth, the new Viscount Mount Villiars, accidentally kills a lamb belonging to Emma Hotchkiss, his beautiful neighbor who appears to be a mere sheep farmer. He denies her claim when she comes to him seeking justice. But it turns out that she is a former confidence woman now living a quiet life in Yorkshire.
