Biography

Jean S. MacLeod began publishing with Mills & Boon in 1938. Her debut novel was Life For Two. She also published under the name Catherine Airlie. She was born in 1908 in Scotland, and currently makes her home in Yorkshire.

In a 2009 interview with The Daily Mail[1], MacLeod recounted an encounter with author Barbara Cartland:
