Lawyer Steven Reid now owned a neglected turn-of-the-century house in San Francisco. And he'd even hired an interior designer.
But from the moment Steven met Kate Melrose, their ideas about the house clashed. HE wanted a little white paint slapped up on the walls. SHE believed the house deserved more-that it deserved to be a home again.
