Book Description

Deep in the heart of Chicago Memorial, a deadly virus raged--and Dr. Jeffrey Knight had run out of possible cures. As he tracked the fever’s source, one name kept coming up--Raven Delaney, a local herbalist…and the only woman Jeff had ever loved. But that was four long years ago....

The anger that boiled Raven’s blood was matched by the passion she still felt at the sight of the hazel-eyed doctor. But innocent lives were at stake and the two of them were the only hope.... And hope was all they had when they discovered the disease was deliberately spread--and Jeff had become a victim. Raven’s heart stood still. In time she knew they’d find the killer....but would they find the cure?
