Ayers Family

• Sabrina Marie Ayers: a spunky teenager that has great passion for life, but it is her stubborn, vain, and moody personality that keeps her from truly being happy. She feels anger or resentment when people don't believe her, or agree with her beliefs. She has a quick temper and a sharp tongue when she feels trapped or scared. Sabrina feels things differently. She sees things differently. It is something she can't quite explain or understand, like a rising darkness whenever she is in or near the Tate Mansion . She is motivated by revenge and love, (and the constant need for both) but has to learn that forgiveness is more powerful than hate. She has to learn to forgive others, but most of all, she must learn to forgive herself...
• Jack Ayers (Sabrina's father): Jack is a kind-hearted man who tends to be swept up in Sabrina’s drama, creating more tension in his already troubled marriage. As a good Christian man, he does not believe in the supernatural, his optimistic personality cannot not grasp the darker side of existence. Yet what lurks beneath that smiling façade? Does Jack like the others, have a dark past? Will he eventually gain the courage to tell his daughter the truth?
• Trisha Devour Ayers (Sabrina's mother): an incredibly beautiful yet cryptic woman…and Sabrina often wonders—is she an ally or enemy? She tries to understand what Sabrina is going through, even though she has her own secrets to hide. And in the end, is she willing to jeopardize their friendship over a lover?
