Lt. Tom Paoletti of the US Navy SEALs is returning to his hometown of Baldwin's Bridge, Massachusetts to recover from a severe head injury. Alyssa Locke is an Aftican-American, woman, FBI sharpshooter who immediately crosses horns with Sam Starrett, a down-home, chauvinistic, good old boy SEAL.
