LoveLetter is the first and so far only German in print romance magazine. It was founded by Kris Alice Hohls in February 2005, and the first issue was published in April 2005. The monthly magazine contains articles, interviews, special features and reviews and covers all romance sub-genres. Even though the format might suggest a fanzine the content was high profile from issue # 1.
