Honey Jane Moon, was raised in a South Carolina amusement park, but she goes to Hollywood at age 16 and ends up as the "child star" of a hit television show, in which Dash Coogan, a middle-aged cowboy, plays her father on the show, and Eric Dillon, a young hunk, plays her love interest who spurns her. Both of these men play a part in Honey's life, but when her acting career is in tatters, she returns to the amusement park. This is more of a woman's fiction book than a straight romance although there is a HEA ending.
