Biography
Tracy Montoya is the pseudonym for Tracy Fernandez Rysavy, a member of the member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and the Society of Environmental Journalists. Writing as Montoya, she has received the Daphne du Maurier Award, the Beacon Award, and the Golden Quill Award. She earned her Master’s degree in English literature from Boston College
As an author for the Harlequin Intrigue imprint, Tracy Montoya has published five novels.
