Amanda Perry was the manager of the Tri-Cola bottling plant in Mexico City and therefore no stranger to challenge. But agreeing to assist the U.S. government in a covert operation was quite another matter.
A shipment of synthetic fuel had accidentally been diverted from its Texas destination to Mexico City's customs office. The cargo, packed in cylinders marked with Tri-Cola labels, had to be transported to Tampico, then transferred to a fishing boat bound for Texas. All Amanda had to do was deliver the cylinders to Tampico.
She hadn't counted on being accompanied by Forrest Bradford, a man whose government credentials were highly questionable....
