Book Description

When a white-haired, red-cheeked mailman delivered a long-lost letter, Bret Underwood got the perfect excuse to escape another sunny California Christmas and go back home. Back to Clayville, Indiana, and an old-fashioned Currier & Ives Christmas. And back to his best friend, Dani Griffin.

Nothing in Clayville had changed-except for Dani. The childhood chum with whom he'd once shared his private thoughts had become a woman of beauty-and mystery.

Bret had spent a lifetime stringing lights across Main Street, cutting down Christmas trees and caroling...but somehow this year was different. Somehow, being with Dani was different.

And suddenly, Bret thought that maybe this was the year when he'd finally get everything he wanted for Christmas.
