Mills & Boon started the Intrigue imprint in July 1994, reissuing titles from the Harlequin Intrigue imprint under the name Silhouette Intrigue.
From May 1995 on titles from the Silhouette Shadows, Silhouette Intimate Moments and Harlequin American Romance were included in the Silhouette Intrigue series. The books kept their ISBN. Since the UK-Edition is later than the North American, Amazon.com usually shows the UK cover under the ISBN [1] and has to depend on customers to supply the original cover.
When Mills & Boon renovated its Silhouette imprints in March 2007 the Silhouette Intrigue series and their line of Silhouette Intimate Moments, Harlequin American Romance and Silhouette Bombshell titles called Silhouette Sensation merged into the Mills & Boon Intrigue imprint to form one super-charged, breathtaking romantic suspense series.
