JEANNE JUDSON (1888-1981) Jeanne Judson was born on September 5, 1888, and became a newspaper reporter in Grand Rapids, Mich.; Chicago; and St. Louis, Mo. In 1919 she moved to New York City, where she worked on the editorial staff for Smart Set magazine. She also wrote articles for Ladies Home Journal and Harper's Bazaar.
