Karen Keast is a pseudonym for Sandra Kay Patterson Canfield (b. 1944, d. January 23, 2003) aka Sandra Canfield. She wrote category romances for the Second Chance At Love line, the Silhouette Special Edition and Silhouette Desire imprints and one of the first Harlequin Historicals ever published.
