Book Description

Armed with only her boundless zest for life and her twenty-volume Mr. Fix-It Guide, Carly was looking forward to behing owner/manager of the ramshackle Winton Arms Apartments.

She was charmed to hear about the resident ghost, and she eagerly anticipated getting to know him and her other, equally odd but more substantial, tenants. She wanted everyone at the Winton Arms to be as happy as she planned to be.

But she soon found that handling leaky pipes or ancient wiring was a cinch compared to her infuriatingly mysterious, devastatingly attractive tenant Matthew Nicholson.

Her Mr. Fix-It-Guide didn't cover mending broken hearts. So, this time, Carly was on her own.
