Book Description
Hannah Van Evan takes a job with Madame Amelia Besom who is in the auction and fine art appraisal business to escape from the scandals of her life in America. They travel to France to appraise and auction antique pieces from the de Saint Valliers' chateaux which is in need of many repairs. The money gained from selling the antiques will be used toward restoration. There Hannah meets Nardi de Saint Valliers, who is is being kept in a cottage by his family while he detoxes from an ether addiction so that he can go through with a marriage of convenience which will also help fill the family coffers. He is an intense, handsome young artist and Hannah ultimately helps him "heal." The jilted bride goes on to be the heroine of Dance along with Nardi's brother, Sebastien.
