Mark Jenkins is a young, baby faced, member of SEAL Team, still hung up on his childhood unrequited love. Lindsay Fontaine is a former police officer who is a member of Tom Paoletti's Trouble Shooter Services. The SEALs and the TSS team up for exercises in which Lindsay gets the better of the SEALs. Then they are called to New Hampshire to find a serial killer.
