Lieutenant Commander Tom Paoletti, leader of SEAL Team 16, is nervous about a presidential visit to the based in San Diego but he does not have authority or a specific reason to stop the president from coming. This has lead to a very unhappy marriage, and Mary Lou is struggling to keep it together.
